Ounces by Fluid and Weight are not the Same
In the US, we have both fluid ounces and weigh ounces. They’re not the same. Fluid ounces are a volume measurement for liquids and should be measured with a liquid measuring cup. Weight ounces are for—you guessed it!—weight, and should be weighed on a scale.
