With that in mind, I want to ease back into cooking in the beginning of the week with some simpler recipes that are full of flavor, like sheet pan pork chops and pasta with meat sauce. But after a couple of days stretching my cooking muscles, I’m ready to switch things up and extend myself a bit, so at the end of the week, we’re making lobster! And if you’ve never cooked lobster at home before, don’t fret. There are plenty of tips and pictures included in the recipe to help make it a success. We start the week with takeout-style Chinese food and cap it off with a little luxury. Now that’s what I call balance.
