Ingredients

Sour cream: substitute with plain yogurt or crème fraiche Mayonnaise: honestly, while I would say you should use full fat mayonnaise for this recipe, it is not necessary. I have always used light mayonnaise for this dip. Garlic powder: I prefer using garlic powder to fresh garlic, the flavour is mellow and in my opinion, works better than fresh garlic especially if you would be storing it in the fridge for more than 24 hours. Chives Salt and black pepper to taste Lemon juice: this keeps the dip fresh for longer and it enhances the taste too.
