White wine vinegar: substitute with red wine vinegar, balsamic vinegar or balsamic glaze Olive oil: substitute with extra virgin olive oil Fresh lemon juice Italian seasoning: substitute with Herbs de Provence or oregano and basil. Salt and freshly cracked black pepper

How to make tomato cucumber mozzarella salad

To a small mixing bowl, add olive oil, wine vinegar, lemon juice, olive oil, and Italian seasoning and whisk together until emulsified. Add the chopped tomatoes, chopped cucumber, onions, and mozzarella cheese to a large bowl. Pour the vinegarette dressing over the salad, and season with salt and black pepper.
